Live Tech Support is available seven days a week. You can reach us between the hours of 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. PST Monday - Friday. We can be reached at 602-485-3366. If you've lost your password, there is a $10.00 charge for retrieval. If you need support for any other reason, the charge will be $20.00 per fifteen minutes. Most matters are resolved within fifteen minutes. We apologize for needing to charge for technical support, but the software is free, after all, and employing personnel necessary for support does not come for nothing.
Selecting 'Go to master controls' (see {access controls} for on exact instructions of how to do this), you will be presented with the following screen. If you haven't opted to change user and are using the default guest log-in, all seven areas of Master Controls will be disabled. To learn how to change the user, go to {access controls}. See the text following the below picture to get an indepth explanation of each option available here.

SYSTEM SETTINGS
|
second tab
|
|

Allows the Master user to un-block all blocked websites for a single session, providing access to websites that would normally be blocked. Un-blocking is automatically disabled after the Master user has logged off.
Play Sounds
Allows you to turn the sounds on and off.
Update Without Asking First
Selecting this option sets We-Blocker to automatically update the blocked database from the We-Blocker server.
Hide Splash Screen At Boot
Selecting this will prevent the splash screen from loading that We-Blocker shows during the boot process.
Auto-Log Off User If Idle
This field lets you decide how long it takes for We-Blocker to log the current user off during a period of inactivity (for example, if you walk away from your computer without logging off of the Internet) and automatically revert to the GUEST mode.

CUSTOM FILTERING
|
third tab
|
|
Here you have two radio button choices. This page deals with 'Just show my user defined words'. Click here for 'View ALL words - WARNING! some very offensive phrases'.
NOTE: You may notice a slight reduction in the speed of your browser's page loading when using We-Blocker with the word-blocking feature enabled.
We-Blocker does not allow websites containing certain words and/or phrases to be accessed by your computer. The Custom Filtering/Blocked Words tab contains the list of words and phrases that you may edit at any time. Since these words and phrases may be considered offensive, We-Blocker does not automatically display the list. The radio button on this tab must be clicked in order to make any changes.
Add This Word
After you type in your new word or phrase clicking on 'Add this word' allows you to add it to be blocked (as shown in the image below). This button opens a new window for you to choose a category and rate the blocking strength. Click 'Save' for your changes to take effect.
Delete
Allows you to delete a selected word or phrase from the list (NOTE: To change a blocking category for a word, you must delete it from the list and add it again in a different category.)

ACTIVITY LOG
|
fourth tab
|
|
The Activity Log contains information about all users of We-Blocker that you have chosen to track on your computer.
The Activity Log will tell you:
- What sites were visited
- Who visited them
- Date and time of the visit
- Whether or not the site was a blocked site
This file logs all sites visited for the previous 90 days. After 90 days, log entries disappear from the list.
You may also Block or Un-Block sites from the Activity Log. Clicking on the name of a blocked site brings you to a removal form, which you must complete in order for the site to be un-blocked.
Clear Log File
Removes all entries from your History Log.
Text Export
We-Blocker has the capability of exporting the Activity log as a text file so that you may print it or import it into a spreadsheet or database application. Clicking on the "Text Export" button will prompt you to choose a location on your computer to save the text file.
