Live Tech Support is available seven days a week. You can reach us between the hours of 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. PST Monday - Friday. We can be reached at 602-485-3366. If you've lost your password, there is a $10.00 charge for retrieval. If you need support for any other reason, the charge will be $20.00 per fifteen minutes. Most matters are resolved within fifteen minutes. We apologize for needing to charge for technical support, but the software is free, after all, and employing personnel necessary for support does not come for nothing.

To download We-Blocker visit the {download area}, and follow these steps:

Choose either the FTP or HTTP download links below.
After being prompted, choose a location for saving the program (remember this location).
After the download is complete, open Windows Explorer.
Go to the directory where you have saved We-Blocker.
Double-click on the Weblock.exe icon to begin the install process.

Once installation begins follow the folliwing steps.

STEP 1	welcome screen

This is the first screen of the We-Blocker installation. Here you will be reminded to close all other programs. Do so. Once the programs are closed, return to this screen, and click 'Next'.

STEP 2	license agreement

The next screen contains the license agreement. This must be read. After reading and you decide you agree with the license agreement, click 'I Agree.' If you do not agree to the license agreement, click 'Cancel'. The setup process will cease.

STEP 3	import existing blocked pages

After you agree to the license agreement in Step 2 and continuing the setup process the program will begin installation. If you've installed We-Blocker previously, you will asked if you wish to import those sites you have asked to block through the {master controls}. Select 'Yes' if you wish to do so; 'No' if you do not, and the setup process will continue.

STEP 4	important information

Read the important information on this final screen. When you've finished reading, click 'Finished'. The setup process has completed, and you are now ready to use your We-Blocker. Note that some system will require you to reboot after you click 'Finished'.
