Live Tech Support is available seven days a week. You can reach us between the hours of 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. PST Monday - Friday. We can be reached at 602-485-3366. If you've lost your password, there is a $10.00 charge for retrieval. If you need support for any other reason, the charge will be $20.00 per fifteen minutes. Most matters are resolved within fifteen minutes. We apologize for needing to charge for technical support, but the software is free, after all, and employing personnel necessary for support does not come for nothing.

STEP 1	locate the system tray

To access the We-Blocker controls, click on the We-Blocker icon in your system tray. This is located next to the computer clock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen as shown in the picture on the right..

STEP 2	system tray options

When you boot up your computer, We-Blocker will will be loaded and logged in as GUEST mode. The first time you use We-Blocker there will be four menu options: {Go to master controls} Change current user {Register We-Blocker} - will vanish after you register Help

STEP 3	change current user

You can change the user from the default of Guest to any valid account established in We-Blocker by clicking 'Change current user.'

STEP 4	go to master controls

If you opt to select 'Go to master controls' you will be required to enter the Master User password to have access to the Master Controls to change any preferences you wish, but when you select 'Save and Close' you will be logged back to 'Guest mode'.
